From Mengku Rongshi, aka Shuangjiang Mengku
Rock sugar sweetness. Almond fragrance. Aged honey yun (rhyme/charm).
Late 1990s Mengku Train Head, named because the trademark pattern is printed with a locomotive, rumored to be the ancestor of Bingdao tea. This tea smells extremely fragrant, and tastes very thick and full-bodied! Entrance is full, the throat has a feeling of coolness, the aroma profile is special, wild fragrance carrying orchid fragrance, slightly bitter with huigan (returning sweetness) turning sweet, shengjin (generating saliva) on both cheeks, aroma remaining at the bottom of the cup is obvious. Market stock of this tea is dwindling, nearly out of print.
