We ship all orders directly from Taiwan. Please review the following information regarding shipping costs and policies:

• Origin: All orders ship directly from Taiwan.
• Processing Time: Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing before shipment.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the tea products and the destination country.

Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times to the USA typically range from 7 to 20 business days after shipment.

Customs and Import Duties: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be levied by your country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost.

Shipping Carrier: We primarily use Chunghwa Post for international shipments.

Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can monitor the progress of your delivery.
