We ship all orders directly from Taiwan. Please review the following information regarding shipping costs and policies: Separate Collections, Separate Shipping: Due to our unique collection structure, if you order items from two or more separate collections (e.g., "The Li Lihui Collection" and "The Taishunhe Collection"), you will be charged separate shipping fees for each collection. This is because items from different collections may ship from different locations or require separate packaging. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the tea products within each collection and the destination country. The following rates apply per collection for shipments to the USA: Other Destinations: Shipping rates to other countries will be calculated at checkout. Estimated Delivery Times: Delivery times to the USA typically range from 7 to 20 business days after shipment. Customs and Import Duties: You are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be levied by your country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost. Shipping Carrier: We primarily use Chunghwa Post for international shipments.
