2501 大益綠色生態青磚 (2501 Dàyì Lǜsè Shēngtài Qīngzhuān — 2501 Dayi Green Ecological Raw Brick)
Produced in 2025 by Menghai Tea Factory, made with selected high-grade spring ancient tree tea and arbor large-leaf sun-dried raw tea from the core Bulang Mountain. Benchmarked against Dayi Menghai Tea Factory's classic "Cabbage" (Dà Báicài) series, it uses double-layer packaging: an outer bamboo husk wrapper and an inner kraft paper wrapper printed with the characters "大益綠色生態青磚" (Dayi Green Ecological Raw Brick).
Adopting Dayi's brand-new "Ecological Mark" (Shēngtài Biāo), which integrates imagery of a peacock and tea trees and embodies the philosophy of "Three Begets All Things" (Sān Shēng Wàn Wù) symbolizing a complete ecological chain, the birth of the 2501 Ecological Raw Brick is regarded as the official launch of Dayi's new ecological tea series, carrying forward historical glory.
The Dayi Green Raw Brick uses high-grade leaf material with a comfortable and pleasant honey-smoke aroma. On entry, the tea soup is slightly bitter and slightly astringent, thick and powerful, with pronounced salivation and returning sweetness (huígān), a smooth transformation of bitterness and astringency, a mellow and full mouthfeel, and deep aftertaste (yùnwèi).
