The Tianchi Tea Region is currently the second-highest tea garden in Taiwan, originating from the Huagang Tianchi area at an altitude of 2400-2600 meters (7874 - 8530 feet). With short average daily sunlight, Tianchi tea leaves possess the gāoshān qìxī (高山氣息) - the high mountain essence - of the pristine mountain forests.
Harvested only twice a year, an experienced tea-picking team meticulously and skillfully hand-picks only one bud and two to three leaves. Every single leaf is exceptionally rare and precious. Subsequently, a tea master with profound tea-making experience carefully crafts the tea for 36 consecutive hours, combining the blessings of the heavens, the advantages of the land, and the harmony of human effort.
