1901 Dayi V93 Ripe Puerh Tuo

The mouthfeel is mellow, thick, and smooth, with distinct notes of sticky rice and sugar. The V93 tuocha style focuses on a heavy, robust flavor profile using high-grade raw materials. With aging, it develops a full chenwei (aged aroma) and high levels of mellow silkiness.

The "V" in the name represents a product upgrade and the recreating of a classic, implying high quality and a VIP experience. The "93" is a tribute to the Menghai Tea Factory's classic 1993 ripe tea recipe. During development, the Menghai Tea Factory aimed for a heavy flavor and pure aroma.

As one of the few high-end ripe tuocha products, it balances immediate drinkability and steeping endurance with the long-term "time value" of Puerh. V93 is a special recipe tea that significantly improved upon the 1993 high-grade recipe with innovative processing. While ripe teas before 2005 were primarily heavy-fermentation, the V93 uses a light-fermentation process designed to reach its peak flavor after 10 years of aging.

Through comprehensive evaluation, the "V93 Charm" was established: a flavor that is "mellow and thick" and "sweet and refreshing", with a pure and dense aroma. It remains a flagship tuocha product of the Menghai Tea Factory.
