2012 Dayi Yan Yun Raw Puer Cake
A premium Dayi product and the king of the yùn (rock essence) grade, produced by the Menghai Tea Factory in 2012.
This tea presents a honeyed rock essence with a unique orchid fragrance. It has the distinct, sharp honey-like yùn and sweet, refreshing flavor of rock tea. The tea liquor is a glistening golden-yellow. The flavor is a beautiful balance of sweetness with a hint of bitterness, followed by a pleasant huí gān (returning sweetness) and a continuous shēng jīn (salivation). The aftertaste is long and lingering, and its high-end quality is without question.
The 2012 Dayi Yan Yun Raw Puer tea is crafted from tea leaves of native tea trees growing in the high-mountain rocky soil of Menghai County, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan. It is meticulously processed, adhering to Dayi Tea’s unique blending techniques.
