The 2012 Bada MountainGāoshān shú zhuān(高山熟磚 - High Mountain Ripe Brick) is carefully selected from Menghai Bada Mountain tea region as the raw material. It undergoes traditional fermentation techniques to ferment and mellow, achieving a moderate degree of fermentation maturity.
