This tea offers a pure and rich aroma. When brewed, the liquor is a bright orange-yellow, with a mellow, refreshing taste and returning sweetness.
Early Infusions: The liquor is clear and sweet, smooth on the palate with very light astringency. There's a slight bitterness at the root of the tongue and a hidden tea strength. The huigan (returning sweetness) is fast, with an obvious moisturizing sensation under the tongue and a noticeable shengjin (saliva-producing effect). A pronounced honey fragrance lingers in the bottom of the cup.
Middle Infusions: Bitterness and astringency become slightly more apparent, but they integrate well with the tea's sweetness. The mouthfeel is refreshing and clean, without any sluggishness. The huigan (returning sweetness) felt in the throat is quick and long-lasting.
Later Infusions: The overall character of the liquor remains stable, offering particularly good returning sweetness. A delicious and excellent value daily drinker tea 👍🏻
