Quality Appraisal
Aroma: A honey-sweet aroma with notes of smoke, which is high, distant, and long-lasting.
Flavor: The entry is mellow, thick, and rich. The taste is sweet with a slight bitterness and a honey-sweet aftertaste, accompanied by a light smoky-honey yun (rhyme or character). There is a slight bitter-astringent sensation. The huigan (returning sweetness) and shengjin (salivation) are fast. There is a light force and a clear throat feel, with a dry fruit and almond after-rhyme and a clear cooling sensation.
