This 2008 Liming Bajiaoting "Yayun Qingbing" (Elegant Charm Raw Cake) was custom-ordered by tea expert Mr. Deng Guo. Nicknamed the "Little Yellow Dayi," it presents an chenyun (aged character) and smoky fragrance reminiscent of the '05 Green Version Jin Yun. The smoky notes are well-integrated into the brew, complemented by a rich meizi yun (plum character). The mouthfeel is harmonious and full-bodied, delivering a persistent huigan (returning sweetness) and shengjin (saliva-producing effect) 👍.
