2006 Qian Yong Zi Hao Zheng Shan Cha Qingbing (Authentic Mountain Raw Tea Cake)
Produced in the Bǐngxū year (2006) by Taiwan's "Qian Yong Zi Hao" (乾永字號).
This is a classic Yiwu old tree tea from authentic mountains (zhèngshān), possessing remarkable inner substance. It is made using traditional shàiqīng (sun-drying) methods and hand-pressed with a stone mold.
With nearly twenty years of Taiwanese dry storage (gāncāng), this tea has developed a rich and fragrant chénxiāng (aged aroma). The tea liquor is golden, bright, and oily. Its taste is honey-sweet (mìtián) and mellow-sweet (gānchún), with an overflowing tea fragrance and a robust, substantial cháqì (tea energy). The brew becomes sweeter with each subsequent infusion.
