2006 Nanqiao Nannuo Yinhao "Small Cabbage" (Zhenpin) Raw Puerh Cake
2006 Nannuo Yinhao Raw Cake. This is a classic famous product from the Nanqiao Tea Factory, 250g per cake, popularly known as the "Nanqiao Small Cabbage" (Nanjiao Xiaobaicai). Produced by Menghai County Nanqiao Tea Industry Co., Ltd., Nanqiao Tea Factory, it was customized by the well-known industry figure Wu Xiong. It uses a blend of pure yatou (bud heads) from Mengsong, Bulang, and Nannuo from the years 2005 and 2006.
The cake shape is small, exquisite, and well-formed. Upon opening the packaging, one can see the tea strips are oily, lustrous, and plump, with the hao (fine downy hairs/buds) prominently visible; the pressing is very tight. Tasting its flavor, it is mellow and full-bodied, very sweet and moist, with huigan (returning sweetness) and shengjin (saliva production) that are continuous and long-lasting. ~Taishunhe
