A very special tea: the famous Red Dayi 504-8582,
Aged for 20 years, the mouthfeel is quite unique. It features a chenxiang (aged aroma) and honey sweetness accompanied by a distinct meiziyun (plum rhyme). When brewed heavily, the astringency is still apparent, and there is a slight bitterness that transforms quickly. The huigan (returning sweetness) and shengjin (salivation) are excellent.
