2003 Dayi Grade A Ripe Puerh Tuo
A high-quality mid-to-aged Dayi ripe tuocha. The tea liquor is a bright, oily red, creating an "oil ring" that clings to the cup; the wine-red color possesses a sense of vibrancy. Upon entry, it is pure and sweet with distinct woody notes. The tea soup has a certain thickness and a "rice water" mouthfeel—fine, smooth, and sufficiently sweet. The aroma is a blend of sticky rice notes accompanied by chenxiang (aged aroma) and woody scents. It features a very typical "Menghai flavor" and has transformed beautifully, offering a comfortable drinking experience.
Early Dayi "Grade A" tuos were made using arbor-type spring tea raw materials. The tea threads are complete and well-formed, the structure is tight, and the pressing is perfectly balanced between loose and tight, maintaining an authentic Menghai character.
