2025 Shanlinxi High Mountain Red Oolong
Shanlinxi High Mountain Red Oolong, also known as: Honey Fragrance Oolong, Guifei Oolong.
From the high-altitude region of Shanlinxi at 1,100–2,000 meters, it is shrouded in clouds and mist year-round, with fresh and pollution-free air, accompanied by a fir fragrance and the unique shantouqi (mountain rhyme) of the high mountains.
Craft: Mostly utilizes medium fermentation, light roasting, or micro-fire roasting to lock in the natural honey fragrance and transform it into a smooth mouthfeel.
Taste: The tea liquor is mellow and sweet, with a light honey taste and elegant floral fragrance; the mouthfeel is full and rounded with a strong sense of layering. Its characteristics are a thick honey fragrance and ripe fruit aroma, the tea liquor presents an orange-red amber color, and the mouthfeel is smooth, sweet, and mellow.

Preparation Methods:
- Hot Brew: Suggested to use about 5g of tea leaves, brew with 120cc of hot water, steep for about 40–60 seconds; can be re-steeped 4–6 times.
- Cold Brew: Suggested to use about 3g of tea leaves, place into 500cc of cold boiled water; after two hours at room temperature, place in the refrigerator for 12 hours, the taste will be even more clear and sweet.
